WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, what we do with it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to our online activities. It does not cover information collected in our stores or on third-party websites we link to.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you complete an enquiry form on this website we collect your first name, last name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and any other details you choose to give us, such as your residency status or the area you are interested in. When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we keep a record of that correspondence. When you browse the site we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.

WHY WE USE IT, AND OUR LAWFUL BASIS
We use your enquiry details to respond to you about the 7th Heaven franchise opportunity, to send you the franchise prospectus and related information, and to arrange and hold calls and meetings with you. Our lawful basis is that this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We use your details to send you follow-up messages about the franchise opportunity, as described below. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
We use technical and analytics information to operate, secure and improve the site and to measure our advertising. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and your consent where required for non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY
We want to be completely clear about what follows when you send us an enquiry.
Your details are transferred automatically from the website form into our customer relationship management system so that our franchise team can act on them.
We will send you a short series of WhatsApp messages about the franchise opportunity, to the mobile number you give us. Some of these are sent in the initial days after your enquiry, and you may receive occasional messages later, including from a franchise agent or consultant acting on our behalf. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing cs@7thheavenuk.com, and we will stop sending them.
We will also telephone you to follow up on your enquiry and answer your questions. That call may be made by a member of our own franchise team, or by a franchise agent or consultant acting on our behalf under a contract that requires them to protect your information and use it only for this purpose.
We may also email you about your enquiry.
If you would prefer not to be contacted, or would prefer only one method of contact, tell us and we will respect that.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We share your information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions. These currently include our website platform (Wix), our automation provider (Zapier), our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM), our WhatsApp messaging provider and our email provider. We also use Google services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure and improve our advertising.
We share your information with franchise agents and consultants who contact prospective franchisees on our behalf.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
We do not sell your personal information.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some of our providers process information outside the United Kingdom, including in India, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK we rely on an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism, so that your information continues to be protected.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in active discussion with you and for up to twenty-four months after our last contact. If you become a franchisee we keep your information for the life of the relationship and for six years afterwards. If you ask us to stop contacting you we keep a minimal record of that request so that we can honour it.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, including Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag. YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your information deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. You also have the right to object at any time to our use of your information for direct marketing, and we will stop.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at www.ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

CHILDREN
This site is aimed at adults considering a business investment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

SECURITY
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and you send information to us at your own risk.
